Accompanied by its Victory Medal Mailing Slip (stamp denoting the three clasps attached to the medal: ST. MIHIEL, MEUSE-ARGONNE, DEFENSIVE SECTOR and stamped vertically in blue ink with the number "1049904", printed in black ink on a paper stock, 41 mm x 73 mm); United States Army Collar Disk (bronze, 25.7 mm, screwback); Signal Corps Collar Disk (bronze, 26 mm, screwback); two Identification Tags (aluminum, one is stamped "WILLIAM N. REMINGTON U.S.A." on the obverse and "1671597" on the reverse, 30.2 mm; the other is stamped "234"; both on a string); and a Annual Convention Name Tag (paper tag inscribed in handwritten black ink "Wm N Remington" and stamped "ALTERNATE", metal frame with pinback, a bronze miniature World War Disabled American Veterans Medal suspended from the frame, blue ribbon attached, 55.3 mm x 102 mm, screen-printed type on the ribbon has faded with age).
