What's a max bid?

Bronze gilt with green enamels, engraved "3" on the reverse, 24.5 mm x 36 inclusive of its thunderbolts, wings and VALOR suspension, on a ribbon with thirteen star octagonal cravat pad, paper and glue residue evident on the reverse of the ribbon from previous board mounting, extremely fine.
