What's a max bid?

United States; Three-piece construction, Gold "N" mounted in the centre, the underlying two wings in silver gilt with a 1/10 10K Gold filling, marked "1/10 10K GF" (1/10 10K Gold Filled) on the reverse, 17.5 mm x 52.5 mm, scattered gilt wear evident on the reverse, extremely fine.
