CO. UTICA N.Y." and marked "STERLING" on the reverse, 24.5 mm, vertical pinback, on its card of issue); and Merchant Marine Two-Ribbon Ribbon Bar (ribbons of the World War II Victory Medal and Combat Bar, 10.3 mm x 70 mm, horizontal pinback).
