What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

1) An Air Force Pilot badge constructed of sterling silver, presents pilot wings and shield, reverse shows a horizontal pinback, maker mark of N.S. Meyer, marked on reverse “STERLING,” measures 37.31 mm (w) x 10.40 mm (h), and in near extremely fine condition.

2) An Aircraft Observer badge constructed of sterling silver, presents aviation wings and a large “O” in the centre, reverse shows a horizontal pinback, marked on reverse “STERLING,” measures 35.58 mm (w) x 9.94 mm (h), and in extremely fine condition.

3) A Glider Pilot badge constructed of silvered bronze, presents wings and an uppercase “G” superimposed upon the badge’s shield, reverse presents a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measures 37.81 mm (w) x 10.63 mm (h), and in very fine condition
