HENRY G. STAFFORD. APOTH." in italic capitals on the edge, 38 mm). Un-mounted, the first two medals with original ribbons and brooch pinbacks, the Philippines Campaign Medal with a frayed ribbon, oxidation spot and surface wear evident on the Sampson Medal, light contact, near extremely fine.
