        In bronze gilt, maker marked "THE C.G. BRAXMAR CO 10 MAIDEN LANE NEW YORK" on the reverse, illustrating a standing soldier bearing a rifle and wearing three medals, within an ornate frame, the latter within an open-ended wreath of laurel leaves, a ribbon banner above inscribed "DE NOVO JUVENTUTEN ACIMUS", a ribbon banner below dated "1826-1903", measuring 35.5 mm in diameter, original white ribbon, along with a tri-color ribbon fed through a hanger in bronze gilt, the hanger with pinback inscribed "OLD GUARD N.Y. OCT. 7th 1903 / TO ANCIENT & HONORABLE ARTILLERY CO. OF BOSTON MASS. & THEIR GUESTS / HONORABLE ARTILLERY CO. OF LONDON, ENG", contact marks on the reverse, better than very fine.
