What's a max bid?

American Campaign Medal (in bronze, measuring 31.7 mm in diameter, original ribbon with brooch pinback); American Second War Victory Medal (in bronze, measuring 36.19 mm in diameter, original ribbon with brooch pinback), and Republic of China: Order of the Resplendent Banner (AKA Order of the Cloud and Banner), VII Class Officer, VII Grade (four-piece construction, in silver with blue, white, red and yellow enamels, number impressed "1393" on the reverse, measuring 57.5 mm (w) x 60.3 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, chipping and crazing evident in the yellow enamels on four of the eight star points and in the white enamels on a few clouds on the centrepiece insignia, large rosette on its original ribbon, in its cardboard box of issue with recessed red felt medal bed). Accompanied by a Second War Ribbon Bar (with three ribbons: American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and Republic of China: Order of the Resplendent Banner, VII Class Officer, VII Grade, measuring 105.5 mm (w) x 10.5 mm (h), dual push pins). Very fine.
