Entitled "Regulations for the Army of the Confederate States", with the additional notations "as Adopted by Act of Congress, Approved March 6, 1861, also containing The Articles of War and the Acts of Congress for the Organization of the Army of the Confederate States" on the lead page, published by Henry P. Lathrop, 74 Magazine Street, New Orleans, Louisiana and by Power & Cadwallader of Jackson, Mississippi in 1861.
