Includes: a Garrison (Overseas) Cap (fabricated from a brownish green gabardine wool, with fold down flaps also in brownish green gabardine wool on either side, the edges trimmed in red braided cord, a Paraglide Patch sewn in place near the front on the left side, with two holes immediately to the left of the patch where a badge once resided. The inside is lined in a peach-coloured cotton, with a 22 mm wide sweatband in brown leather. The cap measuring 250 mm (w) x 125 mm (h), exhibiting mothing and wear towards the rear on the left side and one small pinhole near the front on the right side, the cap lightly soiled overall from active use); an Airborne Shoulder Patch (in red, white, yellow and black embroidery, measuring 63 mm (w) x 62 mm (h), lightly soiled); a Two-Ribbon Ribbon Bar (Army Good Conduct Medal and European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with three bronze stars, measuring 69 mm (w) x 11.7 mm (h), swing bar pinback); a Five Cent Military Payment Certificate (in four-color inks, serial number "D04263061D", Series 481, measuring 109 mm (w) x 54 mm (h), exhibiting wear); eleven Parachute Harness magnetic metal parts (including: one large clamp with lift panel release and two spring-loaded tabs, with red and green markers on top of the clamp, and when the tabs are pushed together, the lid opens to expose the inner workings of the clamp; one large clip with spring-loaded release and adjoining buckle; along with nine various buckles); and the Veteran's Studio Portrait Photograph (black and white, matte finish, in the rank of Sergeant and wearing various patches, collar insignia, a ribbon bar on his uniform, along with the aforementioned Garrison Cap, measuring 138 mm (w) x 185 mm (h)). Very fine.
