United States; Bronze gilt, obverse illustrating the left-facing bust of Columbia, surrounded by the inscription "TO MAKE THE WORLD SAFE FOR DEMOCRACY / WE ARE ONE", flanked by branches of laurel leaves on either side, reverse inscribed "THE MAYOR AND COMMITTEE OF THE CITIZENS OF NEW YORK TO HONOR AND WELCOME THE RUSSIAN WAR COMMISSION TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA JULY 1917", 39.5 mm x 41.8 mm, original ribbon, scattered gilt wear and spotting, near extremely fine.
