United States. A Brass Model Cannon with Trench Art Shells

An exceptionally well-detailed brass model cannon, set on a rolling frame and with a swivel hinge allowing the barrel to be raised and lowered, in turn affixed to a bogie with a track and three swivel wheels permitting the frame to be rotated on a fixed position, unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 250 mm (l) x 190 mm (h) as presented, in extremely fine condition, accompanied by a large trench art brass shell casing, affixed to a hexagonal base of identical construction, bearing etched inscriptions along the circumference of US military bases, otherwise unmarked, measuring 48 mm (w) x 172 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition, and a small trench art brass shell, bearing dimpled designs throughout the exterior, the base with calibre markings, measuring 22 mm (w) x 98 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
