Layaway Policy

eMedals INC. is pleased to offer flexible layaway services to all clients. Our layaway program offers the opportunity for clients to make payments on eligible items over a period of three (3) months.

A minimum deposit of 30% of the total price of your order including all applicable taxes and Buyer’s Premium, is due at the time of initial purchase. The total price of your order must be paid within three months from the date of original purchase.

You may make additional payments at any time by accessing the Layaway section in your account or by calling our office and submitting payment details.

Your contract will be automatically cancelled and ordered merchandise will be returned to inventory if full payment is not submitted by the three (3) month deadline.

Payment methods include; Cheque, Wire Transfer, Paypal, or Credit Card.

What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

Your entered maximum bid will not be disclosed to the seller or other auction participants at any point.

Max bidding example:

If the current auction price is $100 dollars and you place a maximum bid of $120 dollars, the system will bid $101 dollars on your behalf.

If no other participant places a bid, you win that auction lot for $101 dollars.

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

First War State of Missouri National Guard War with Germany, United States Forces Service Medal 1917-1919 (in bronze gilt, unmarked, obverse illustrating the State of Missouri coat-of-arms, inscribed "WAR WITH GERMANY" above and "1917-1919" below, reverse inscribed "FOR SERVICE" within an open-ended wreath composed of laurel leaves and oak leaves, inscribed "THE STATE OF MISSOURI" above and "UNITED STATES FORCES" below, measuring 32 mm in diameter, original ribbon with brooch pinback).

2. First War Wabash County, Indiana United States Forces Commemorative Medal 1917-1918 (in bronze, maker marked "W & H. CO. NEWARK, N.J." on the reverse, obverse illustrating a spread-winged eagle, its head turned to the left, standing upon the coat-of-arms of Indiana, leafing under the wings of the eagle, inscribed "UNITED STATES FORCES" above with "1917" and "1918" on either side of the coat of arms, the five arms of the medal with an ornate design, reverse inscribed "PRESENTED BY THE PEOPLE OF WABASH COUNTY, INDIANA TO", engraved "W. McCombs", inscribed "IN GRATEFUL RECOGNITION OF PATRIOTIC SERVICE RENDERED DURING THE WORLD WAR", with "1917" and "1918" on the lower arms, measuring 39.5 mm (w) x 42.7 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension).

3. United Spanish War Veterans 31st Annual Encampment at Framingham, Massachusetts Medal (in bronze, unmarked, obverse illustrating the Town of Framingham, Massachusetts' seal above, the United Spanish War Veterans insignia below, with a building in between, surrounded by the inscriptions "31st ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT FRAMINGHAM 1930" and "DEPT. OF MASS.", blank reverse, measuring 33.7 mm (w) x 39.2 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, clip holding the frayed ribbon to the suspension).

4. Army Marksmanship Sharpshooter Qualification Badge with Rifle Clasp (in sterling silver, marked "STERLING" and maker marked "N" on the reverse, marked "T" on the reverse of the clasp, measuring 26 mm (w) x 40 mm (h) inclusive of the clasp, horizontal pinback).

5. Army Marksmanship Marksman Qualification Badge with Pistol-D Clasp (in silvered bronze, measuring 25.7 mm (w) x 39.3 mm (h) inclusive of the clasp, horizontal pinback). Ranging from near fine to very fine.

 

Footnote: The State of Missouri War with Germany Medal to United States Forces was awarded to all persons who as citizens and residents of Missouri who were appointed, enlisted or drafted in the armed forces of the United States, and served therein for any period between April 6, 1917 and November 11, 1918, inclusive. The State provided approximately 135,000 individuals for First World War service and all would have qualified for the medal except National Guardsmen who would have received the State of Missouri War with Germany Medal to Missouri National Guard.
