Includes: two 8th Army Shoulder Sleeve Insignia (in red and white embroidery, one measuring 57 mm (w) x 57 mm (h), the other measuring 60 mm (w) x 60 mm (h)); two Army Service Forces Shoulder Sleeve Insignia (in red and white embroidery, measuring 57 mm in diameter each); four Military District of Washington (MDW) Shoulder Sleeve Insignia (in red, white, blue, green and yellow embroidery, two measuring 50 mm (w) x 72 mm (h) each, the other two measuring 55 mm (w) x 75 mm (h) each); and four Technician 5th Grade Rank Shoulder Insignia (light gray embroidery on navy blue cotton, measuring 80 mm (w) x 100 mm (h) each). Ranging from fine to extremely fine.

This offering is a part of the "Dr. Albert Goodwin Collection", a preeminent assemblage of world Orders, Medals, and Decorations composed solely by Dr.Goodwin between 1946-1967. Dr. Goodwin had a successful career as an educator and prominent physician in New York as well as actively serving in both World Wars with the United States Medical Corps. He acted as both President and Vice-President of the Orders and Medals Society of America (OMSA) and is responsible for organizing their first convention in 1960. He maintained further membership with the American Society of Military Collectors, the International Orders Research Society, and the American Numismatic Society.
