What's a max bid?

WWII Waltham Army Air Force Pilot's Watch - Measuring 31 mm in diameter, this Waltham watch features a windup stem and is partially functional. The numerals are in white on a black background, with all three hands in a brownish tinge. The glass has a few surface marks. The reverse is identified as "A.F.U.S. Army Type A-11 SPEC. NO. 94-27834-C SERIAL NO. A.F.-45-23779 MFR'S PART NO. 10616 ORDER NO. W33-038ac-8424 WALTHAM". Attached is an aluminum strap, with a locking slide nut closure. In extremely fine condition.
