Fabricated from a fine sapphire blue nylon/cotton blend, featuring a thirteen star vertically folded 24 mm wide x 32 mm high cravat pad with unfolded corners, on an original full-length neck ribbon with dual hook and eye closures on both ends, the ribbon measuring 30 mm in width x 450 mm in length, near extremely fine.
