(1913-1944 Issue) A fine example of this type, in silver with green enamels, un-named, marked "THE CONGRESS TO" on the reverse of the eagle, measuring 38.2 mm (w) x 55.5 mm (h) inclusive of its Gold eagle and VALOR suspension, on its original ribbon bearing thirteen stars, small ring soldered to the back of the brooch to allow the entire medal to be suspended from a cravat, intact enamels, extremely fine.
