In addition, there is a List of Clubs and Mess Associations, a notation stating Token and Chits Erroneously Attributed, along with a series of Maps showing locations of I Corps in the Northern Provinces, II Corps in the Central Highlands, III Corps in the Capital Zone and the Surrounding Provinces and IV Corps in the Mekong Delta Region.
