Accompanied by the Star, a silver four-point star with clusters of faceted rays, the central medallion features a white enamelled Maltese Cross with ball finials, between each arms sit a crowned O, the obverse medallion features a superimposed rampant lion on a red enamelled field surrounded by white, blue, and white rings, the reverse features a single vertical pin, the cartouche bears the maker mark of J. TOSTRUP OSLO 1832, measure 79.5mm (w) x 79.3mm (h), weighs 82.0 grams, enamels intact, in extremely fine condition.

NORSKE St. OLAVS ORDEN with crown, the interior presents a crème coloured silk lid liner with maker mark TOSTRUP, the base bears a removable red velvet recessed medalbed (with slot for rosette, also included), measures 130mm (w) x 230mm (l) x 50mm (h), two buttons on the front for closure (both functional), light wear, case in extremely fine condition.
