What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Instituted in 1970. In silver, measuring 31.8 mm in diameter, edge nicks, light contact, original ribbon with pinback, near extremely fine.

Footnote: The Fiji Independence Medal was authorized by Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of the granting of independence to Fiji, to give recognition to individuals of the Armed Forces, Police Force, Prison Service, Aerodrome Fire Service, Forest Guards who were serving on October 10, 1970 and members of the Civil Service and other residents of Fiji who have rendered outstanding public service.
