What's a max bid?

PELLETIER below, bordered by a ring of red and white enamels bearing the inscription REPUBLICA PERUANA SERVICIO CIVIL DEL ESTADO (PERUVIAN REPUBLIC CIVIL SERVICE OF THE STATE), surrounded by a wreath composed of half laurel leaves and half oak leaves, tied by a bow bearing the motto MORALIDAD EFICIENCIA (MORALITY EFFICIENCY), the reverse centre presents the maker mark CASA NACIONAL DE MONEDA, LIMA-PERU, measuring 44.06 mm (w) x 59.59 mm (h), weighing 39.0 grams, the obverse presents enamel chipping, on flat loop, and in near very fine condition.
