What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded and patinated silver; the obverse depicting a leftward facing Prussian eagle, circumscribed “Preußischer Landeskriegerverband” (Prussian Veteran’s Association); the reverse depicting the Kyffhäuser memorial with the numeral “100”; on a loop for suspension - marked “Ferdinand Hoffstätter”; measuring 50.68 mm (w) x 67.27 mm (h); weighing 65.4 grams; in overall near extremely fine condition.
