Constructed of silver; the obverse depicting a grenadier in full dress, inscribed “Leib Grenadier Regiment König Friedrich Wilhelm III”, and dated “1808-1908”; the reverse plain, marked “Deschler & Sohn, München”; on a loop for suspension from its period original ribbon featuring a miniature plaque attached via two pins; measuring 43.84 mm (w) x 68.84 mm (h); weighing 27.7 grams; in overall good condition.
