What's a max bid?

(Allgemeines Ehrenzeichen). A General Honour Medal, constructed of silver, the obverse bears the three-line inscription VERDIENST UM DEN STAAT (MERIT FOR THE STATE), which is surrounded by a laurel wreath, the reverse presents the crowned monogram FWR III (FRIEDRICH WILHELM REX III), measuring 39.28 mm in diameter, the medal shows contact marks and silver patina, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and is in overall near very fine condition.
