James Bender Publishing, San Jose, California, measuring 160 mm (w) x 235 mm (h), with minor material fatigue evident to the exterior binding consistent with light usage, in near extremely fine condition; Volume Two, constructed of a card stock binding with 416 paginated interior pages, featuring a detailed look at trade, specialist, and rank insignia with additional information on foreign volunteer and armband insignia and accessories, supplemented by many images and illustrations in both colour and black-and-white, published in 1986 by R. James Bender Publishing, San Jose, California, measuring 160 mm (w) x 235 mm (h), free of damage or wear with the exception of some scratching to an isolated spot of the front cover, in near extremely fine condition, and; Volume Three, constructed of a card stock binding with 640 paginated interior pages, featuring a detailed look at personal accessories, field equipment, weapons, and vehicles, supplemented by many images and illustrations in both colour and black-and-white, published in 1987 by R. James Bender Publishing, San Jose, California, measuring 160 mm (w) x 235 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
