What's a max bid?

The book is constructed of a textured green cardstock and contains 146 pages. It includes black and white photographs of some orders and medals of Italy with captions. The book was published by the Press of the Lent & Graff Co. in New York in 1923. The book measures 109 mm (w) x 140 mm (h). The book presents some scuffing on the spine and edges, but is in otherwise very fine condition.
