Constructed of bronze, the obverse with a raised bust of Prince Heinrich XXVII, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a central inscription of “FÜR HERVORRAGENDE LEISTUNGEN” (“FOR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES”), the obverse marked “M. & W., STUTT.” and “O. LAHR, GERA”, measuring 40 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
