What's a max bid?

Ordin "Steaua Romaniei". Instituted in 1877. Type II (1932-1947). Military Division. An Order of the Romanian Star, Knight, featuring a Romanian Cross in blue enamel with an eagle with outstretch wings in each quadrant, wartime swords piercing through the center of the badge and through the eagles, the center medallion presents the raised cypher of Carol I on a red enamelled field, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed IN FIDE SALUS, surrounded by a green enamelled wreath, the reverse medallion presents a red enamelled field inscribed 1877 surrounded by a slightly thicker green enamel wreath, suspended from a surmounting crown, measures 39.68mm (w) x 62.39mm (h- inclusive of crown suspension), weighs 22.4 grams (including ribbon), worn on new replacement ribbon, light enamel wear to arms of cross, nice patina, near very fine condition.

Faithful Service Cross. Instituted by King Carol I in 1906. Type II (1932 -1947). Military Division. A Silvered bronze cross with a wreath in each quadrant, wartime swords piercing through the center of the badge and through the wreath, the obverse presents the Romanian Coat of arms, the reverse presents the inscription SERVICIU CREDINCIOS (Faithful Service) surrounding by a laurel and oak leaf wreath, suspended from a surmounting crown, measures 36.28mm (w) x 56.57mm, weighs 23.8grams (including ribbon), worn on new replacement ribbon, nice patina, evident contact marks, in very fine condition.
