What's a max bid?

Constructed of copper, the obverse bearing a raised value of 2 kopeks, a strike date of “1798”, and a Russian Cyrillic code of “КМ” indicating manufacture by the Suzun Mint, the reverse bearing the raised monogram of Tsar Paul I, measuring 35.62 mm in diameter, weighing 19.6 grams, demonstrating a consisting patina throughout, in near extremely fine condition.
