Constructed of bronze, the obverse bearing raised and conjoined profiles of Tsars Nicholas I and Alexander I, circumscribed by a Russian Cyrcillic inscription acknowledging their significance to the organization, the reverse bearing an additional inscription indicating that the medal was issued to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Moscow Agricultural Society on 20 December 1845, surrounded by a circular wreath of fruits, designer and maker marked P. Utkin and A. Klepikov, measuring 63.93 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
