(Императорский Орден Св. Анны). Instituted in 1735. In 14K Gold with red enamels, painted centerpieces, weighing 8.3 grams, marked "56" (14K Gold) beside the St. Petersburg city mark on the reverse of the integral ring, reverse of the badge marked with the Russian coat-of-arms on the arm at 12 o'clock and maker marked "AK" on the arm at 6 o'clock, measuring 34.7 mm (w) x 39.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, on a shortened modern neck ribbon, extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of St Anne was instituted on February 14, 1735. It was awarded for a distinguished career in civil service or valour and distinguished service in the military, in four grades
