What's a max bid?

In silver gilt with red and blue enamels, maker marked on the reverse, measuring 26.2 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), maker marked "МОСКОВСКИЙ МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР" (Monetny Dvor, Moscow) on the screwback, intact enamels, scattered gilt wear, oxidation spot evident on the screwback, very light contact, near extremely fine.

Footnote: The Cheka was the first of a succession of Soviet secret police organizations, established in 1917. It eventually transformed into the Committee for State Security (Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti = KGB), becoming the main security agency for the Soviet Union from 1954 until its break-up in 1991. The organization celebrated its 60th anniversary in 1977.
