What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a diamond with gilt and white enameled borders, with a black enameled centrepiece overlaid by a red enameled five-pointed star bearing a sickle and hammer, with crossed cannons through the centre, above a red enameled banner bearing a gilt Cyrillic inscription of “ЛЗАТУ”, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР” for the Soviet Mint, measuring 25.90 mm (w) x 50.27 mm (h), some flecking and cracking evident to the enamels, in overall near extremely fine condition.
