A lot of three graduation badges, including a Leningrad Institute of Railway Engineers Badge, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a blue enameled diamond within a white enameled border, with a central silvered medallion bearing a locomotive, topped by a banner with a Cyrillic inscription of “ЛИИЖТ”, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 24.45 mm (w) x 48.96 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a Kazan Aviation Institute badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a blue enameled diamond within a white enameled border, overlaid by a gilded Soviet coat of arms and an insignia of the Kazan Aviation Institute, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР ЛЕНИНГРАДСКИЙ” for the Leningrad Mint, measuring 27.20 mm (w) x 49.52 mm (h), minor flecking of enamels evident, in overall near extremely fine condition, and; a Juridical Academy badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a blue enameled diamond within a white enameled border, overlaid by a gilt Soviet coat of arms above an open book, with gilt sun rays in the background, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР ЛЕНИНГРАДСКИЙ” for the Leningrad Mint, measuring 27.78 mm (w) x 48.60 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
