What's a max bid?

In bronze gilt, measuring 26 mm in diameter, suspended from its ribbon-wrapped hanger with pinback, scattered gilt wear, near extremely fine. The medal pinned in place to the inside front cover of its accompanying award document, marked in gold-coloured ink "Diploma" in Russian on the front cover, printed in black ink with the personalized text in gold-colored ink, named to "Evgenia Pavlovna Kopylova", stamped and dated November 14, 1974 at Moscow, the card inserted within its hardcovered folder and secured in place by a blue string, the folder with the embossed image in gold-coloured ink of the medal on the front cover, measuring 142 mm (w) x 230 mm (h), the front cover exhibiting wear, the award document itself unaffected.
