What's a max bid?

Russia, Soviet Union. An Order of the Red Star, Type II with Award Document

(Орден Красной Звезды). Instituted in 1930. In silver with red enamels, mint marked "МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР" (Monetny Dvor) and number engraved "3595072" on the reverse, measuring 48 mm (w) x 45.5 mm (h), screwback, intact enamels, very light contact, near extremely fine. Accompanied by its Award Document, named to "Andrey Fedorovich Tromsky" (3595092), numbered "No. 092313" and dated July 8, 1967, measuring 75 mm (w) x 105 mm (h), document also near extremely fine.

 

Footnote: The Order of the Red Star was instituted on April 6, 1930 and awarded to army personnel for distinction in the defense of the country in both peace and war time.
