What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

(Herzog Ernst Medaille in Gold). Instituted 16 December 1906. (1906-1909 issue). Constructed of gilded silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a leftward-facing profile of Ernst I circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a monogram of Ernst I with dates “16. September 1826-1906”, the obverse maker marked “M. HASEROTH”, measuring 34.54 mm in diameter, weighing 18.9 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition.
