What's a max bid?

Saxony, Kingdom. An Albert Order, I Class Commander’s Breast Star, Civil Division

(Albrechtsorden Bruststern zum Komtur I. Klasse). Instituted 31 December 1850 by King Friedrich August II. (1850-1918 issue). Constructed of silver and Gold with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a four-pointed radiant star, with a central white enameled medallion bearing a Gold rightward-facing profile of Duke Albert III, set within a ring of blue enamel bearing a gilt inscription of “ALBERTUS ANIMOSUS” (“ALBERT THE BOLD”) joined together at the bottom by arabesques, in turn framed by a pebbled Gold ring, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a flattened catch, unmarked, measuring 88.08 mm (w) x 88.02 mm (h), weighing 67.0 grams, with slight flecking evident to the enamels, a high-quality example in extremely fine condition.
