Schaumburg-Lippe. A Princely Houseorder Cross, IV Class, Miniature, c.1915
(Fürstlicher Hausorden Kreuz IV Klasse). A silver maltese cross, the obverse with an eight-pointed star, with a central red enameled medallion bearing a silver nessel leaf and a Lippian rose, surrounded by a blue enameled ring, inscribed “Für true und verdienst” (German - For loyalty and service), reverse with a central blue enameled medallion with a royal crown and the royal monogram of Adolph George, measuring 15.69 mm x 17.88 mm; weighing 2.1 grams, with enamel loss, fine.
