What's a max bid?

(Orden Svetog Save). Instituted January 23, 1883. Type II (1903-1921). In silver gilt, a white and blue enamel Maltese cross with ball finials, double headed eagles in each quadrant, the obverse medallion bears a Saint wearing red robes, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed троvломb сконмb вbса прнобрвте, the reverse medallion bears the date 1883, the cross has a large surmounting crown and is worn on a full length neck ribbon (missing ties), marked on the ring with makers mark GAS denoting G.A Scheid, also marked with Diana’s head and A denoting Viennese manufacture, measures 50.4mm (w) x 82.0mm (h), weighs 52.1 grams (including ribbon), enamels intact light gilt wear, additional ring attached to barreled loop, in very fine condition.
