(Orden Svetog Save). Instituted in 1883. Type III (1921-1941). In silver, a white and blue enamelled Maltese cross with ball finials, crowned doubled headed eagles in each quadrant, the obverse medallion features a hand painted saint in green robes, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed троvломb сконмb вbса прнобрвте (One’s Own Work Achieves All), the reverse medallion dated 1883, measures 51.7mm (w) x 84.7mm (h), weighs 44.5 grams, unmarked but of typical Huguenin manufacture, lovely dark patina and scattered gilt wear, minor enamel wear to obverse and reverse, a very attractive decoration in near very fine condition.
