What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

Your entered maximum bid will not be disclosed to the seller or other auction participants at any point.

Single Decal M 42 Army (Heer) Helmet - Steel helmet, magnetic, original dark green exterior that has been lacquered, the Army (Heer) insignia on the left side exhibiting a pair of scuff marks. The inside comes complete with its original eight-panel butterscotch-coloured leather liner, each panel with five ventilation holes, the rear panel size stamped "57", plus intact drawstring fed through the end hole on each panel and tied in a knot at the rear. Replacement leather chinstrap with aluminum buckles, affixed to the liner's steel frame. The underside of the skirt is stamped "ck164" above "2738" at the rear. Measures 243 mm x 287 mm x 160 mm in height. Scuffed exterior with contact marks, loose bolt cap on the right side, surface rust on the underside of the visor lip that has been inhibited from further development by the lacquer, intact leather liner exhibits normal wear and soiling, remaining relatively supple, in very fine condition.
