What's a max bid?

Two Orders of Naval Merit (two-piece construction, gold and enamels, both marked "14" (14K Gold) on their reverses (one on the star and one on the suspension), 12.2 mm x 20.7 mm each inclusive of their ornate suspensions, anchor insignia on the ribbons); and two Medals for 20 Years' Military Service (three-piece construction, gold and enamels, both marked "14" (14K Gold) on the reverse of the stars, 13 mm x 18.5 mm inclusive of their wreath suspensions). All with rectangular pinback hangers and ribbons, light contact, extremely fine.  Footnote: Augusto José Ramón Pinochet Ugarte, more commonly known as Augusto Pinochet (November 25, 1915 – December 10, 2006) was an army general and dictator of Chile from 1973 until transferring power to a democratically elected president in 1990. He was the commander-in-chief of the Chilean army from 1973 to 1998 and president of the Government Junta of Chile from 1973 to 1981. He assumed power in a coup d'etat on September 11, 1973 Unidad Popular government of Salvador Allende and ended civilian rule a week before its forty-eighth anniversary.
