In their hardshelled case of issue, Nicaraguan coat-of-arms on the lid, maker marked "Cejaloo MADRID" on the inside lid, raised platform medal bed and slotted for the Breast Star, latch broken, lid slightly askew, lightly soiled exterior, case fine.
