What's a max bid?

Venezuela; Multi-piece construction, silver gilt with blue enamels, unmarked, 43.8 mm x 50.5 mm, on its original full-length neck ribbon, intact enamels, scattered gilt wear, near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, Venezuelan coat-of-arms and "ORDEN DEL LIBERATOR" on the lid, maker marked "RUSSELL UNIFORM CO. NEW YORK" on the inside lid, sliding closure, tape peeling away from the hinged area along the back edge, case very fine.
