What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A silver gilt Greek cross with white enamel arms, the obverse centerpiece presenting a red enamel Cross of Santiago on a blue enamel field, surrounded by a gilt ring inscribed CONSTANCIA MILITAR SUBOFICIAL, the reverse plain, surmounted by a crown suspension, measures 40.30mm (w) x 52.40mm (h – inclusive of crown suspension), weighs 23.2 grams (including ribbon), worn on original ribbon with brooch suspension bar bearing two bars on the obverse, enameling intact, wear on silver gilt, very fine condition.

 

Footnote: A white cross without yellow stripes on the arms denoted that the recipient of this award was still on active service. This cross would be awarded for 25 years of service.
