What's a max bid?

A bronze, round medal, the centre obverse presents a square bearing blue and white enamelled diagonal stripes, inscribed THIRD DIVISION, with an upward facing laurel wreath, the centre reverse presents a machine gun surrounded by the words SIG (for 5th Signal battalion), QMC (for Quartermaster Corps), MED (for Medical Corps), and ORD (Ordnance Department), circumscribed by sections presenting the symbols of a cannon of the Mexican War Days used by the 4th Infantry on its coat of arms, Dragoon hat of the 76th Field Artillery regimental insignia, cotton bales, oak leaf, the 30th Infantry the Marne Salient, the 38th Infantry the Rock of the Marne, centaur, fish hook, with period original rainbow striped ribbon, with top bar bearing six stars for the Six Star Division in the American Expeditionary Force, measuring 35.72 mm in diameter, and in very fine condition.
