Croatia, Independent State. A Tank Units Insignia, Found in the Fields at Blaiburg, Austria, c.1941
Type I. In silvered zinc, measuring 73.7 mm (w) x 26 mm (h), exhibiting silvering wear, with a piece of the Ustasha "U" missing, along with adhesive residue, missing its horizontal pinback, as found. Accompanied by nine Photographs of Soldiers/Tankers (in black and white, eight with handwritten inscriptions on their reverses, ranging in size from 50 mm (w) x 55 mm (h) to 105 mm (w) x 72 mm (h), near extremely fine).
