"A Prussia/Baden Landwehr Medal Bar " "A 1913-1920 issue Prussia Militia Service Medal Second Class (Landwehr Dienstauszeichnung II Klasse); a round bronze feinzink medal; the obverse with a Prussian crown, circumscribed “Treue Dienste Reserve Landwehr” (German - Faithful Service Reserve Milita); the reverse inscribed “Landwehrdienstauszeichnung II. Klasse”; on loop for suspension; measuring 24.94 mm; weighing 9.2 grams. Accompanied by a Baden Remembrance medal for 1849 (Gedächtnismedaille für 1849); a round bronze medal; the obverse with a vertically oriented sword within a palm wreath; the reverse inscribed “Dem tapfern Befreiungsheer” (German - to the brave freeing army) within a laurel wreath, circumscribed Leopold Grosherzog von Baden; measuring 31.12 mm in diameter; weighing 19.6 grams; all mounted to a medal bar with their original ribbons; measuring 73 mm x 24 mm; overall better than very fine condition.
