Type II; White Anchor Designating for Other Services, In silver with blue, white, red and green enamelled insignia, the white anchor designating for "other services", mounted to an eight-pointed star base, maker marked "AXC" (Adrien Chaubillon, Paris) and marked "950" (silver) on the pin and on the catch, 83.8 mm (w) x 83.5 mm (h), vertical pinback flanked by dual prongs, crazing and chipping evident in the enamels on the cross, light crazing in the blue enamels on the anchor, insignia fits loose versus the base, better than very fine.
